LETTER FROM BRIAN COSTELLO'S DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR, THE ONE WHO DOESN'T LIKE HEARING CAPTAIN BEEFHEART AND HIS MAGIC BAND'S HARMOLODIC DISCORD THROUGH HIS CEILING AT 4:30 IN THE MORNING
---
Brian Costello

Neighbor,

It is quite obvious that we have different schedules. However, because I have to work early in the morning and because there is little to no insulation between my apartment and yours, could you please refrain from playing music after midnight. I have no problem with music until it wakes me up at 4:30 in the morning. If this is a problem, I would be happy to talk with you about it anytime. Also, if my music ever interferes with your life, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Apt. 2N

BRYAN WITH A 'Y'
